Yes, all plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to get started, simply sign up and explore the platform.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly from your account settings.
Can I pay monthly, or is it only yearly?
You can choose between monthly and annual billing. With annual billing, you get 2 months free (save 17%).
Does the price include VAT?
No, the prices shown are net amounts and do not include VAT.
Do I need a subscription to use online courses on the platform?
Yes. If you use online courses on the platform, a €20 monthly subscription is required.
Do you offer discounts for large language schools (500+ students)?
Yes, we offer custom pricing for schools with more than 500 students. Contact us at sales@edio.ai for an individual quote.
What does the white-label solution include?
The white-label solution lets you fully customize edio.ai with your school's logo and domain, giving your students a branded experience. Available as a monthly (€150) or annual (€1,000) add-on.
How can I cancel my subscription if I no longer want to use the service?
You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Can I teach multiple languages on one edio account?
Yes. edio.ai supports 17 languages across all plans, so you can teach English, Spanish, French, or any other supported language within the same account.
