Analytics for online lessons
What edio analytics shows about your online lessons — sessions, attendance, feedback, and detailed statistics for each teacher and each student.
edio analytics covers your online lessons: how many sessions took place, how often students attend, how long lessons run, and how students rate them. Everything is saved automatically after each lesson — you don't need to fill anything in. Open the Analytics tab to see the overview for your school, or open statistics for an individual teacher or student.
The overview
The Analytics tab opens with a summary of your online lessons:
Time period — filter the data by day, week, month, or all time.
Session overview — total sessions, average lesson duration, and average student feedback.
Session trends — lesson activity over time.
Attendance rate — how often students attend or miss lessons.
Latest sessions — recent lessons with attendance, duration, and feedback details.
Lesson details
Click any session in Latest sessions to open the full record of that lesson:
Session overview — basic lesson information and summary.
Student details — attendance, assessment, and achievements for each student.
Teacher feedback — the comments and evaluations the teacher left.
Student feedback — the ratings and comments students left after the lesson.
If something needs correcting, click the pencil icon to edit the session. You can update attendance, assessments, achievements, and comments for the whole class after the lesson has ended — all changes are saved and reflected in analytics.
Teacher analytics
Go to Online lessons → Teaching staff and click Analytics next to a teacher's name:
Total sessions — how many online lessons they've run.
Teaching time — total time spent teaching.
Students taught — how many students they've worked with.
Average duration — average length of their lessons.
Average feedback — student ratings of their lessons.
Session history — a detailed list of past lessons with dates, duration, and results.
For a school owner, this is the view that answers who's carrying the load and how their lessons are received.
Student analytics
Go to Online lessons → Students and click Analytics next to a student's name:
Average score — their overall assessment results.
Attendance — how often they attend or miss lessons.
Total sessions and Missed classes.
Average feedback — the ratings this student gives.
Attendance history — lesson-by-lesson history with attendance status, duration, assessments, and comments.
What students see
Students have their own Analytics tab, where they see their lessons attended, average assessment, achievements earned, lesson history, assessments per lesson, and the comments their teacher left after each lesson.
