White label — your school's own branded platform

White label lets your school use edio under its own brand: your logo across the platform, your domain for students to log in, and system emails sent under your school's name. The platform works exactly the same way — it just looks and feels like it belongs entirely to your school. It's available as an add-on for €150/month or €1,000/year and is set up together with our team.

What white label includes

• Your logo — displayed across the entire platform instead of edio's

• Your domain — students log in at your own website address

• Branded emails — all system emails go out under your school's name

• Announcement banner — add a message visible to all students when they log in

Your students see your brand from the invitation email to their last lesson. For schools that build their own reputation, this removes the third-party tool from the picture entirely.

Who it's for

White label makes the most sense for schools that already have their own website, brand, and student base — where sending learners to a platform with someone else's logo feels like a step sideways. If you're just starting out or testing edio during the trial, you can safely skip it and add it later.

How to activate white label

White label isn't self-serve — it's set up together with our team, since connecting your domain requires a few technical steps on both sides.

1. Go to School settings → White label.

2. Click Learn About White Label to contact our team.

3. We'll walk you through the setup and activate it for your school.

You can also request it from the Billing page under Manage Payments, or simply reply to any email from edio.

Pricing

White label is billed on top of your subscription plan: €150/month, or €1,000/year — the annual option saves about a third compared to paying monthly.
