How to manage your profile and password
How students update their edio profile — name, preferred language, photo, and email alerts — and change their account password.
To manage your account in edio, open your profile menu and choose User settings to edit your details, or Change password to update your password.
Where to find your account settings
Open your profile menu from your avatar in the top corner of the screen. From there you can open User settings to edit your profile, Change password to update your password, or Exit to log out.
How to edit your profile
In User settings you can update your full name, choose your preferred language for the platform, and upload or replace your photo (JPEG or PNG). You can also turn on an email alert so edio emails you when a chat message stays unread. Click Save to apply your changes — they take effect right away.
How to change your password
Open Change password from your profile menu. Enter your current password, then type your new password and repeat it to confirm. Click Change password to save. You'll use the new password the next time you sign in.
