How to reset a forgotten password
How students reset a forgotten edio password: request a reset link from the login page, then set a new password from the email.
If you've forgotten your edio password, click Forgot your password? on the login page, enter your email to get a reset link, then set a new password from the email.
How to request a reset link
On the edio login page, click Forgot your password? below the password field. Enter the email address linked to your edio account and click Change password. edio sends you an email with a link and instructions to reset your password.
How to set a new password
Open the email from edio and click the Change password button. You'll be taken to a page where you can enter your new password and click Save. After saving, sign in with your updated password.
